With over 25+ years of industry experience, Prasad serves as a strategic advisor and partner to Allied Vision, leading the company’s expansion across Europe. As Founder & CEO of GloreSoft GmbH (Germany), he brings deep expertise in managing European client relationships and building high-performing delivery models. His focus on Germany-based recruitment and onshore–offshore collaboration has strengthened Allied Vision’s footprint in the EU region, laying a robust foundation for sustained global growth.

She leads Odoo ERP implementation and support operations, ensuring seamless deployment and user adoption across industries.
